PROBLEMS

Long before the adoption of blockchain games, the traditional gaming industry was purely technical. As at then, quarter slots and arcades were the most played games although not without a few challenges. A few years later, more sophisticated and more expensive games were launched into the gaming platform.

Despite the fact that these new innovations were embraced by game enthusiasts, gamers were always glued to their screens and they often spent lengthy hours playing those games. These centralized gaming platforms were made available only to play-to-earn gamers. They lack real-life interactions due to the limited interaction between games.

Those game models were also bereft of the seamless navigation between innovative features as with modern blockchain gaming. As centralized gaming platforms, players only enjoyed the freedom of basic interaction with fellow players within their geographical regions. Much to the detriment of players, power and authority solely belong to the publishers and game developers and are regulated by them.

Even with the coming of blockchain games, most in-game purchases ascribed lacked substantial value in the outside world. No doubt, the centralized gaming industry was near shambles before the introduction of decentralized blockchain gaming. At the same time, StrikeN project is a revival of active gaming, shooting and earning for real life value and long-term utility- this is not yet existing anywhere.

Perhaps the most important problem in the Web3 gaming world right now is that most P2E blockchain games have turned-out to become another DeFi staking project with complicated steps to mine yield. Many of those projects are terribly flawed with a complex UI/UX design while for some also, their tokenomics is usually badly thought-out. The ecosystem of some projects too are consumed by bots and even players can earn by clicking the same thing repeatedly without any fun experience as a gain.

SOLUTION

Through the major infusion of blockchain technology, we are building a digital gaming platform that is strong, fully-decentralized and with a simple user interface for lovers of video games to participate in a seamless gaming adventure. This is the point where cryptocurrencies and NFTs are infused into blockchain technology.

StikeN is re-inventing the Play-to-Earn model for a Play and Earn model. As crypto-based games are increasingly gaining more adoption, tokens and cryptocurrencies alike are utilized for in-game currency, and players are given the autonomy to partake in in-game purchases. But the Play-to-Earn model is not sustainable. StrikeN significantly promotes fun through its innovation and not mere concentration on earnings. This fun experience is what 90% of gamers want.
